Return Policy

1. Return Time Limit: Products purchased over 45 days ago will not be accepted for return under any circumstances.
2. Non-Returnable Items: Special orders and custom parts are ineligible for return and exchange.
3. Return Procedure: Customer returns must provide the order number and a clear photo of the product defect. Returns cannot be arranged until a return confirmation email is received from our customer service.
The transportation costs incurred in the return of goods shall be borne by the customer.
4. Cancellation of Unshipped Orders: For unshipped orders, if the customer requests cancellation, 10% of the order value will be charged, and the remaining 90% will be refunded according to the original payment method.
Cancellation of shipped and undelivered orders: For orders that have been shipped and not delivered, if the customer requests cancellation, the customer is required to opt out when the package is delivered. In this case, 30% of the order value will be charged. After the warehouse staff confirms the receipt of the package and checks it correctly, the remaining 70% will be returned according to the original payment method.
Special individually customized parts, cancellations and returns are not accepted.

 

Instructions for Returning Products to Leavan

If you encounter any issues during the shopping process, please contact us immediately and we are more than glad to offer assistance via email. If your product is damaged upon receipt, do not immediately start the return process. Returning a damaged product may lead to the inability to obtain a full refund. In this case, please check the warranty policy and contact us in time.

We understand that life can be hectic, and we have no intention of causing any inconvenience or withholding your funds. For all return requests, the following procedures must be adhered to:
1. Customers need to contact our customer service email (leavantruck02@gmail.com) in advance to provide the order number and a clear photo of the product defect.
2. Our customer service team will confirm the problem and provide a solution. Customers need to pack the product carefully and supply packing photos.
The customer must guarantee that the package is 100% complete in its original packaging, that all parts are included in the package, that the product is in an unused state and meets the conditions for resale.
3. After receiving the photo feedback, the customer service staff will provide the detailed address and relevant information of the package return. Please note that unless products are returned due to an obvious error by Leavan, customers are accountable for all shipping costs for returned packages.
4. After the warehouse staff receives the package, it will be unpacked for inspection. Upon confirmation that everything is in order, the order refund will be returned to your account by the original payment method within 3-5 working days.

No merchandise can be returned to Leavan without prior authorization. Leavan will discard any unmarked packages without any notice or refund. In view of this, we recommend that customers should take out insurance for any returned packages, as Leavan is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during the return to our warehouse.

 

Warranty Policy

All damages must be reported within 24 to 48 hours upon receiving the package. If the goods arrive at your door visibly damaged, be sure to take photos and keep them. This will help speed up the return process. All items are under the warranty coverage provided by Leavan. Both warranty claims and damage claims must be processed through Leavan, and we will offer assistance in every practical manner.

Leavan will assume full responsibility for any quality problems that occur within 30 days of purchase. After customers provide defective photos or videos, our staff will confirm and we will provide a solution or replace the parts within the warranty. The final decision rests with Leavan.
